During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean rooms and the comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the free Wi-Fi was helpful and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with family and friends.
My stay was marred by the noise levels in the hotel. Despite being a budget hotel, there were loud guests who disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to relax.

The room had everything I needed, close to Hakata Station, friendly staff, English speaking help, convenient location near restaurants and shops.

The location of Apa Hotel Hakata Ekimae 4 Chome was excellent, just a short walk from Hakata Station. This made it so convenient for us to catch our train to the airport on time. The hotel also had a great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff were pleasant and the check-out process was efficient. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, it's very close to both bus and train stations. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. We also found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Additionally, it's located in a great location close to the airport and JR station.

Located near shops and restaurants, the hotel is a great place to stay for a city trip. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a full day of exploring.
The lack of basic facilities was disappointing. There was no coffee, milk or glasses in the room, and the fridge wasn't cool enough to keep food fresh.
